YOGA CLASSES
Carla is available for private yoga classes suited to your individual challenges and strengths. For the last three years, she has been apprenticing with Gabriel Halpren at Yoga Circle, studying therapeutic yoga to address specific structural issues, immune system problems and chronic pain.
